THINGS TO DO
Go for trail run or walk
While summer is still here, it's great to get outdoors and see what nature has to offer. You can become inspired by nature itself. Grab some friends and take a run or walk on a local trail.
Trails are amazing, typically the temperatures are lower on trails because of the trees' canopy. Get off the couch and get some time outdoors.
